Easter Message from Mahavatar Babaji

During meditation this morning and while sitting in Babaji's cave with him, he placed nine spheres of crystalline white light in a row between us. We sat, as usual, in Padmasana facing each other with three feet of open space between us. -Swanini VishwaLakshmiAnandama

Babaji began speaking:

"Tell me what you see in each of the nine spheres."
  • Starting with the first sphere on my left, Babaji’s right, we see a tiny baby in the fetal position as if in the womb.
  • The second sphere sparkles with what is intuited as stardust.
  • The third sphere has a man dressed in a black suit with a white shirt, black tie and top hat, a cane and white gloves. He looks ready to do a tap dance at a moment’s notice.
  • The forth sphere is filled with sunshine.
  • The fifth sphere has a little girl rocking in a small rocking chair.
  • The sixth sphere has a marathon runner in the Olympic games of long ago in Greece. He is wearing the olive wreath of victory.
  • The seventh sphere has inside someone dressed as Santa Claus as we see at Christmas.
  • The eighth sphere has Mother Mary dressed in a blue gown and white mantle or veil.
  • The ninth sphere has Christ Jesus hanging on the cross. The scene changes and we see Christ rising up through the cloth leaving the imprint of his Holy Body Image burned into the cloth as the resurrection of Christ comes alive in the sphere.

Babaji says: "Tell me what each scene in the nine spheres represents,"
Please refer to the scene in each sphere (above) and then read the representation or symbology (below). -Swamini VishwaLakshmiAnandama

  • Sphere One - Man is born.
  • Sphere Two - Man comes from the heavens, God, represented by the stardust.
  • Sphere Three - Life is a play, an illusion that humankind acts on the stage of life, each playing his part, predestined to a great extent, according to the teachings of Sri Swami Vishwananda Premavatar.
  • Sphere Four- Man lives in duality like the opposites of sunshine and rain.
  • Sphere Five - The little girl is innocent, still, but is starting to forget the higher dimensions and is listening to parental and environmental conditioning. She is thinking of the mother giving the father the larger portion of the entre of the lunch she has just prepared. The little girl feels a bit jealous but then, still retaining the higher perspective, she understands and smiles.
  • Sphere Six - Victory over the illusion of the play of life and remembering the Divine Within is the purpose of being born.
  • Sphere Seven - Santa Claus is within the illusional construct of life on Earth. On one hand he is believed by children to give presents at Christmas, the birth of Christ Jesus. These presents are perceived as good things. On the other hand, as a single person bringing little children presents at Christmas all over the world eventually brings shock and sadness. The perception by the child is that the parents have been lying to him all these years when the child discovers there is not a Santa Claus, per se. The child knows now that the parents provide the presents. And trust issues awaken within the child.
  • Sphere Eight - Mother Mary is our Divine Mother, the mother of Christ Jesus. She represents the pure unconditional Divine Love of man's own Divinity Within.
  • Sphere Nine - Christ's crucifixion and resurrection, much of the world will be celebrating in three days, Sunday. This scene represents man's own resurrection from the duality into the oneness of the unconditional Divine Love which Christ Jesus spoke about and demonstrated for man through his crucifixion and resurrection: "No greater Love hath anyone than one who would lay down his life for another.

Babaji: Remember and celebrate the true meaning of Easter this Sunday (31.3.2013)

It's All About Love and It's About Tomatoes

It's All About Love
When you go to the Hindu Temple, the first things you see are the feet of the Deity. The first thing that you do is to bow down to the feet. When you go to the Master, you bow down to the feet. So, you bow down to the greatness, you bow down to the Divine inside, you bow down to the Father within the Teacher. And that is what Christ said. He said it word for word. I don’t even need to say anything about it. I don’t even need to comment on it. It’s just very clear about this non-duality of God within man and, also, very clear on the way of God-Realization, the way of Self- Realization, or whatever you want to call it. But you will not reach God-Realization, Self-Realization, with pride. He said (Christ): “People will be against me” You know where you are going and you know why. So, meditate on that. Glory be to the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, now and to the ages of ages. Amen.

 -Swami Vishwananda Premavatar

It’s About Tomatoes

They grow from green to red.
Tomatoes invite you to use them in a salad
Of fresh organic greens Mother Nature made,
No chemicals, just water, sun, and loving hands.

A child meanders by and smiles at tomatoes growing
There . . .  for the innocence of the child likes the color red
Simply for the brightness and vibrancy of itself in the sun.

Farm women come and pick the tomatoes and place
Them in a basket or their apron tied with strings.
The wise old owl looks down on the garden
From his perch in a near-by tree at night.
Who knows? . . .
This wise old owl may think:
Unlike humans, tomatoes do not think about things like . . .
Is there really a God?
Who am I.
Who is God?
Where am I going?
Why did I come here?
And from where did I come?
And what about this thing of
A loving all-powerful God allowing
Misery, massive illness, non-solicitous suffering
And accidents and humongous inequality
Among this humankind?

Ah . . . from this perspective,
Tomatoes have an easy life.
They live in the sun and have every need met . . .
Just sun and water and loving hands.

Think of this . . . the wise mind then sends to the heart . . .
God gave the greatest gift of life on Earth to mankind!
Man has the ability to love unconditionally and find
The Divine in his very own heart,
And to merge and become One with this Supreme God . . . Him!
Satguru Premavatar Swami Vishwananda knows all about this.
With a heart full of Divine Love,
He teaches you this again and again and again . . .
“When you have God, you have everything!”
Fall into Divine Love with Him, a thing so easy to do,
And then you can Realize God and everything, too!

Mahavatar Babaji Responds - Swami Supports

Premavatar Swami Vishwananda devotee asks a question pertaining to our entry yesterday of "Two Stories from Mahavatar and a Mataji from Germany."

Question: "Having contact with Mahavatar Babaji must be extremely inspiring, but could we stand it?

Mahavatar Babaji sends the person who asked this question, and to everyone, the following from His book, Unity With The Divine. (Mahavatar gave this instruction during meditation this morning | svl)
From the dawn of time most of mankind has believed that the higher dimensions of the cosmos were beyond their reach and experience. In order for humanity to form a pathway to the higher dimensions, The Divine continuously has been sending enlightened teachers to mankind throughout time. Through the teachings of the enlightened beings, religions have sprung up into the matrix of human endeavors.

In the beginning each religion that has withstood the passage of time and events on Earth was initiated by an enlightened Master who was given a dispensation from The Father (God), The One. The Master then created a formula for enlightenment within his teachings. All religions in their purest form are based, by their means, on the Same Divine Principle of God, The Father-Mother. Divine Love as taught by these Divine Masters, leads each person to go within this matrix of his own divinity (the heart).

Swami Vishwananda Premavatar
Knowledge will bring you only to a certain point of Realizing the Divine, but to Realize God, to truly know the Divine, you have to cross over everything, go beyond all limitations.

Two Stories - Mahavatar and a Mataji from Germany

Mahavatar Babaji Tells a Story

My friends, this entry will give you a glimpse of how we all are one and we remain connected throughout time and many lifetimes on Earth. After transmitting this entry, I encouraged one of my German disciples to send a story for publishing on this Virtual-Babaji-Vishwananda blog along with this story (see this story below).

Once long ago, a man lived in the Himalayas, high in the winter wonderland where the snow came and stayed for many months. This yogi was impervious to temperature and all the elements. He lived with a cobra friend in a cave. His daily routine was meditation and that is all he did except for one hour each day he came out of Samadhi when a light appeared in the cave and a Celestial Being stepped out of the light and sat with him for a short time. This Yogi was so advanced spiritually that he did not require food or drink.

This Being of Light who appeared to the Yogi was the Archangel Michael who is revered in several Spiritual Traditions: Christian, Orthodox Christians, Roman Catholic, Jewish, Islamic, Eastern Orthodox, Anglicans and Lutherans. In the Hebrew language, Michael means "who is like God." In the Bible and in its Book of Revelation, Archangel Michael leads God's armies against the forces of darkness.

In the time of this Yogi, the Archangel Michael taught the Yogi how to help the people of the Earth through his meditation by visiting all the Earth from one end to the other. The Yogi's assignment was to help people whom the Angel Michael directed him each day. His appearance in each encounter matched the area and person with whom he would communicate.

Once this Yogi was sent to the wild country of America but it was not known by that name then. Here in this untouched beautiful land without the scars of modern man's making dwelt the future so-called American Indians in those long ago days. The Yogi found a young “Indian” boy along the river which later would be called, The Mighty Colorado River. The Yogi asked the boy in his language, “Where are your parents?” The boy replied, “They died just yesterday in a fight with another tribe. I ran away from the fighting and now my people, who survived, all have left and I am alone.

The Yogi taught the young boy how to meditate and open his third eye in such a way that he could see where his people were walking to a new location where the boy had been before with his people. In this place a great waterfall cascaded from the high mountains, later to become known as the The Rocky Mountains of Colorado in America. There was in this place springs of hot water that his people enjoyed bathing in and which were beneficial for the body, it was believed.

The young boy walked with the Yogi and together they found his people and for many years as the boy developed into a young man, the Yogi would periodically visit the boy at the behest of the Angel Michael. The Yogi gave the boy a medallion with strange symbols upon it that vibrationally awakened memories in the boy of Light Beings, teachers from past lives who slowly appeared clearly within his inner awakened heart and his progressively opening "third eye." This boy in his last life had been very close to enlightenment and was destined to be a great spiritual influence on his tribe of people in this lifetime.

Even to this day and time in America, these hot springs still exist and the Great Colorado Mountains rise high in the sky as if they have been blessed to touch Heaven Itself. Parmahansa Yogananda said in his Autobiography of a Yogi: "In this storied vale [Kashmir, India] one finds an epitome of all the earth's beauties. The Lady of Kashmir is mountain-crowned, lake-garlanded, and flower-shod. In later years, after I had toured many distant lands, I understood why Kashmir is often called the world's most scenic spot. It possesses some of the charms of the Swiss Alps, and of Loch Lomond in Scotland, and of the exquisite English lakes. An American traveler in Kashmir finds much to remind him of the rugged grandeur of Alaska and of Pikes Peak near Denver." (Colorado, USA - where Swami VishwaLakshmiAnandama lives - see footnote*).

All of the Yogi’s excursions into the world were when the Yogi's body was in Samadhi in a cave in the High Himalayas. It is said: “Man entertains angels, unaware.” You, too, may find an angel in your life for the Lord does indeed take care of his children. Do not despair when times of trouble come your way but accept this as a gift from Him who knows before you ask what you need at any juncture of your life.

The Archangel Michael, resonates with the Earth and man's frequency, and Him, all have known for many lifetimes. We love you with utter disregard of space and time. Catch the glow of Archangel Michael's Radiance, surrender to your Satguru Swami Vishwananda Premavatar, plow your fields, raise your children and love one another unconditionally.

Live in Peace and Love With your Self
Mahavatar Babaji Mahabharata

*Footnote - Swamini VishwaLakshmiAnandama: When I was in the last year of High School before College, I remember very clearly a picture of Pikes Peak (Babaji spoke about it in his story) that has hovered around the edges of my memory and experience since that time when I was 18 years old. I have remembered all these years that the picture was in black and white, covered almost half the page and was on the left-hand-side page. When I first saw that picture I knew that one day that mountain would come into my life. I lived for many years in a home where, from the deck, I could view this mountain from base to crown. (Although I live in another town now, when I go to the Health Food Store, which sits on a hill over-looking my town, I see Pikes Peak still from base to crown.)

I saw this mountain in all seasons: in the spring with it was snow-caped, in winter when it was fully covered with snow glistening in the Colorado sunshine which shines for 360 days of the year, in summer when it is covered with rain clouds and in the fall when it again is snow-capped.

Zebulon Pike, who discovered this mountain, said after a failed attempt to climb the mountain: "This mountain may never be climbed." (it is only 14,110 feet high). Yet, many people have climbed the mountain. In Yogananda's time (and still today), there existed a cog or track railway one could ride to the top (thrilling) and it is the highest cog railway in the world. Also, there was in Yogananda's time (and still today) a highway where cars could drive to the top of Pikes Peak (a bit intimidating and scary for some).

Story from a Mataji from Germany and devotee of Premavatar Swami Vishwananda

My first experience and conscious interaction with Mahavatar Babaji occurred when I was in my teens. This happened around the time I met Gurudev Sri Swami Vishwananda for the first time. I also just had begun reading the "Autobiography of a Yogi" by Paramahansa Yogananda.

At that time I was going through a very intense time in my life and felt very sad and alone. One afternoon, as I lay on my bed, I slipped into a different state, I will call it. This state was a kind of consciousness somewhere between sleep and meditation. At this time, I still was aware of my room and me lying on the bed. Simultaneously, I also was experiencing another form of reality. I found myself surrounded by people that were guiding me towards something or someone. These people were standing next to me and it seemed like they were holding me by my arms and hands. I had no other choice but to go with them.

Next I became aware that we were outside in nature. I became aware that there were many other people around who seemed to be Sadhus or renunciates, as they all wore the same type of clothing. These "reunciates" were bowing down low on the ground as we passed by and I became a bit nervous as to what or who would be awaiting me. Then we reached some steps and I became aware that I should go up the steps to meet someone at the top. There were no words spoken but I just knew what I was supposed to do. This was like, heart-to-heart and mind-to-mind communication.

When I went up the steps, there stood a fair-skinned, rather slender and very beautiful young man. He was dressed in simple, earthen-colored clothing and his very long, abundant hair cascaded to below his waist. The color of his hair amazed me, as it was brown with bronze high lights, like fire glisteng throughout. He was the same height as me. This beautiful and unique young man radiated wisdom, nobility, royalty and Love which was so powerful that it made me feel shy.

Then this noble, loving man spoke to me, and very clearly I could hear his words: "Do not hold on (to the situation I was in at that time); let go! And do not worry, everything will be okay!" I knew exactly what he meant and how this applied to my current life situation. Even though I was scared to let go, I felt that, of course, it was the best thing to do. I somehow knew that it was the only thing that would help me move through and beyond the difficulties I was experiencing in my life at that time.

After He spoke to me, the vision disappeared and I wondered who this beautiful young man might be.  It was some time later that I came to the realization that this being must indeed have been Mahavatar Kriya Babaji Maharaja.

Bhakti Marga Press Release March 18, 2013

History made by Westerners at the Kumbh Mela 2013, the world’s largest human gathering of all times, ended one week ago. Besides new record numbers, also qualitative historic changes occurred that went largely unnoticed. They bring a new dimension to the story and history of the Kumbh Mela: one of religious tolerance and acceptance. For the very first time in the history of the Kumbh Mela 1. a western group of men and women - known as the Bhakti Marga Movement – could bathe with the Naga Babas and Sadhus 2. a joint chariot and a bath by both a Shaivite and a Vaishnavite group took place on the major sacred bathing day 3. the so called “untouchables”, the lowest of the lowest group of society within the Hindu caste system, were allowed to take a bath in the Holy

In the Silence Comes The Divine

It is through prayer, through japam, through meditation, that we learn to control our thoughts, but the best of all is through silence. Pray, chant your mantra and silence yourself. Feel the mantra inside of you. When you chant the name of God, don’t just say, Narayana or Durga or Babaji. It’s not just the name. They are not simple names, you know? These names create a vibration and even when you are not aware, it’s still vibrating. The main thing is you have to be aware of that vibration inside of you. You have to feel that each part of your body is vibrating these Divine Names. You can really feel it and really know it only when you are in silence. Silence doesn’t mean that you have to stop your work and say “I sit in silence and that’s it – finished!” No, silence means that whatever you are doing, you stay calm and you control the tongue. The body is made of 206 bones and they say that wherever there are bones, we can control them, but the tongue is not made of bones, so we have to learn to control it. If this tongue can chant the Divine Names all the time, you will be able to control it. When you have controlled the tongue, you will be able to control your mind.

SACRED  MOMENTS

Narayana-Vishnu with Maha Lakshmi

A moment in time is sacred

Unto the one having the experience.
Eternity is composed of moment to moment
Flowing forever into forever.

A disciple of Mahavatar Babaji has known him
Throughout time and awakens to this memory
Each lifetime at the command of the Kriya Master, Himself.
And a Yogi you then become.
Many attain this on the royal road of Atma Kriya Yoga
And some disciples of Mahavatar have attained union
In other disciplines in other lifespans and
Mahavatar Babaji Mahabharata assists them
In remembering . . . In Now Time.
Each one has a Divine Plan instilled at birth.
Look for this within the Self-the Heart,
And do not judge others along their way.

A Himalayan mountain stands in the distance
As light from the setting sun lights the glowing,
Violet, amber, serene sky line.
A disciple stands and remembers Mahavatar
Each in his own time and place.

Disciples of Premavatar Swami Vishwananda
Have the Grace of God that they may
Be with him face-to-face in His
Holy, bless-ed Darshan where karma
Is transformed through His Divine Grace.
Our Master teaches:
"It is through prayer, through japam,
Through meditation,  that we learn
To control our thoughts,
But the best of all is through silence."

Bananas grow on trees and ripen in their own time.
So it is that the monkeys wait for the banana
To taste the fruit the Lord has provided for them.
Likewise, man must patiently wait for the Divine Time to climb
The Stairway to Vaikuntha, the abode of Narayana-Vishnu.
The glory of the Lord then is experienced at the high vibration
Where man and Divine meet in attainment of Him.
Bless-ed be this meeting of heartbeat to heartbeat.

Angel wings flutter in sweet, majestic accompaniment
Of Celestial Voices singing praise to the Lord of Vaikuntha
And time is no more while in the abode of Narayana-Vishnu
As the Grace of God and Guru meet in Holy Communion
With your now blissful eternal soul.

Guru and Devotee Intertwined

Give up the idea that you are the body and the mind. Dive deep into that which you already are, the Self, by meditating within the Self and being the Self in your daily life, itself.
Mahavatar Babaji Mahabharata

The Rosebush and the Briar

Dedicated today to “J” who wrote us an Email this morning
and to all Readers of VBV who enjoy our Spiritual Teaching Poetry.
In actuality, Gurudev communicated this poetry to be part of my mission
in 2007 but I did not Realize it until He guided us to begin this blog.
. . . with love, svl

When life intertwines the Guru and

His disciple like the rosebush and
the briar, windows open into other
dimensions of No Time, beyond time.

Bread and water feed the poor, while
caviar and champagne feed the rich and famous.
Life is like that … C’est la via.
Ships sometimes wreck in a storm at sea.
Life sometimes shatters when all that man desires
has been attained: name, fame, wealth, health,
success and a companion to share all this and that.

Then suddenly “out of the blue” trouble comes
riding a black thoroughbred horse in the prime of life.
The owner, who is looking for the “Triple Crown”
of horse racing, that coveted, very high honor,
finds his horse with a heart-rending, broken leg.
You know what humans say:
 “They shoot horses, don’t they?
This is when the horse has a broken leg
and no longer can run and win the race isn’t it?

Are humans like this?
Some are and some are not.
Some “pick themselves up, dust themselves off’”
and begin to run the race of life anew.

The Guru is like this – one who begins life
anew every moment of every day of every year.
He teaches his disciples the royal highway to heaven,
 indirectly, through life experience
and Atma Kriya Yoga.

For the disciple there is only one way to be
with this, as the mind does not understand.
The disciple who trusts and loves the Guru
becomes in all life . . . Just Love . . .
And with love, patience and unity,
the disciple will become like the Guru:
He, continually, “picks himself up,
dusts himself off,” and begins to run the
race of life anew, again and again and again.

Behold, one fine day, sadhana is done
with diligence and duty and dharma rule the life.
Then miraculously, like the Guru and
through the Grace of God, enlightenment
is remembered every moment of every day
of every year into eternity . . .
and the Guru and the disciple become
intertwined into a True Love Knot,
like the rosebush and the briar,
forevermore…Amen

What is Love - Premavatar Swami Vishwananda

To Everyone, we wish a happy, glorious, blessed Shivaratri
March 10, "The Night of Shiva"
Premavatar Swami Vishwananda
Kumbh Mela 2013 Feeding people, Experiencing Love

What is Love? It’s everything, whatever you see all around you is Love. Love is God; love is good; love is kindness are the qualities of Love. It’s not love but the quality of Love than comes with it. It’s very difficult to put Love into a word because Love is an experience. It is the utmost experience of life, because that’s who you are and that is who you will always be.

Dream Last Night With Swami Vishwananda

Swami Vishwananda was sitting speaking with me. He told me to place his video "What is Love" on the Virtual-Babaji-Vishwananda Blog (on the permanent section along the right sidebar). When I awoke and before I remembered the dream, my first thoughts of the day were about something a certain Master has said long before I met Satguru Swami Vishwananda.

This Master spoke about the spiritual experiences people have had when under the influence of drugs. This Master said those kinds of experiences are like eating plastic grapes.
Ajna "Third Eye" of Shiva
In my inner vision I then saw a beautiful sunset; I had the experience of seeing the sunset in the ajna energy center which is a true experience as is the physical eyes seeing a sunset. I thought that a picture of a sunset can be beautiful and even invoke a remembered experience of seeing a sunset but it is not the same as being physically present seeing the sunset. Yet at the higher frequency of the ajna, seeing a sunset is experiencing a sunset.

I has not seen the video Swami spoke about in the dream, "What Is Love." When I did view it after these first thoughts of the day, I learned that Swami says in the video, "It’s very difficult to put Love into a word because Love is an experience. It is the utmost experience of life, because that’s who you are and that is who you will always be.

Song of Ganga, Mahavatar, Swami Vishwananda and Lord Krishna

It is my task to open the hearts of people and to let them realize that they carry infinite Love inside themselves and that it is very easy to pass on this love, uunconditionally, to others.

Swami Vishwananda

SONG  OF  MAHAVATAR  BABAJI
SWAMI VISHWANANDA,
LORD KRISHNA
and GANGA

Winter snow melts in India’s
Sacred Ganga River land.
The trees of the Himalayas stand frosty white
As the moon casts a luminous, violet light
In Mahavatar Babaji’s long dark hair and
Upon His beautiful, Holy, unfathomable face.
This luminous Light, which no man can
Fully and completely comprehend
Reflects from His own Great Light
To the worldly light of man.
Man’s light is hidden, in most, deep within.
“Awaken to Divine Love”, the Light sends this
Message to the very soul of Humanity and
Forward through time to man, beast and land.

The Paramahansa appears in the exalted sky
As Mahavatar sits in His cave with
Swami Vishwananda and twelve disciples
As He performs a Vedic Ceremony and Yagna.
The sacred fire, burns crackling, sparking,
Sending light all around.

All twelve disciples see the Paramahansa as the
Rocky walls of the cave divinely vanish,
And the vibration of the Vedic Ceremony
Spreads out all over the Earth and to
Human, beast and land.
Premavatar Swami Vishwananda stands
In glorious, radiant Light beside
Mahavatar, as Swami Vishwananda
And Babaji say to the twelve disciples
 . . .in unison . . .
“You all are instruments of
Our Love and Blessings;
Go spread this Love to everyone on Earth,
To Human, beast and land.”

The Holy Ganga sings her Song in
Accompaniment to
Mahavatar’s purely beautiful Voice,
Instructing His disciples,
Sounding like the tones of Murali,
The flute of Lord Krishna - the flute
Through which Krishna taught Love.

An incandescent peacock in etheric light
Appears for a moment walking through the fire
Followed by Lord Krishna, Himself.
Krishna stands in the fiery flames of Agni,
As He raises his hand in blessing
And the Holy Yagna Fire rises to meet
His hand, as once again the cave walls vanish
As the Light in Krishna’s Hand beams out
All over the Earth and to Human, beast and land.

Bless-ed be ye who can see and feel
The Love in these words and Vedic Ceremony
Given in an Himalayan sacred fire ceremony
And sent to you on the vibrational waves
                              Of
Mahavatar Babaji, Premavatar Swami Vishwananda,
Lord Krishna and Ganga . . . that Sacred Himalayan River,
Now sent. . .
To your heart, day and time,
And . . .
To everyone, beast and land
Throughout the centuries and throughout All- time.
